He has made Chardonnay from virtually every region of California. The man knows Chardonnay.

Hoot Owl Creek Vineyard is located at the south end of the Alexander Valley and planted to Robert Young Clone, which was named after the forefather of viticulture in the valley. Aromas of apple and pear are backed by floral, spice, and buttery notes. On the palate, the wine is light and crisp with a rich citrus finish highlighted by vanilla. Barrel fermented in French Oak (25% new) and aged for 9 months before bottling.
