Founder, John Hawley, demonstrates a true partnership between man and bird as he trains and flies birds of prey. A portion of the proceeds from this bottle are donated to support California raptor rescue.
This Zinfandel is grown in the warmest region of the Russian River Valley, just at the mouth of Dry Creek Valley. The inviting aromas of black cheery, wild strawberry and hints of caramel compliment this medium-bodied Zinfandel. Cola and vanilla flavors mingle with a touch of pepper. Very east drinking with a smooth, lengthy finish. Elegant berry aromas and lingering acidity help compose this Zinfandel as an extremely food-friendly wine.
