2014 Pinot Noir, Ketcham Vineyard
Brilliant garnet in color, this Pinot Noir is vibrant with bright acidity. Hints of violet and cola create an inviting entry to this wine. Flavors of red currant follow through with layers of light toast and vanilla on the finish. Best served at cellar temperature, this wine will also benefit from a brief period of decanting. Pair with dishes such as roasted duck, pork tenderloin, or sautéed mushrooms.
