2016 Rosé, Dry Creek Valley
Find out more about this sold out wine!
The Zinfandel grapes for our Rose come from a vineyard right next door to the winery on Bradford Mountain. We like to use mountain grown fruit because the acidity is higher making for a bright, crisp rose. The juice is fermented cold in a stainless steel tank and bottled in December to lock in the bright fresh fruit.
This rose has a lovely salmon hue with aromas of strawberry, guava, hibiscus, and melon. It is bright and refreshing with juicy flavors of strawberry, tropical fruit and melon. Drink now or any time through the summer.
