Our Sparkling Viognier was first created in 2018, born from our dream of capturing the magic we taste each year while the Viognier juice is fermenting. We are excited to announce our third vintage of this unique wine made to capture the tropical and floral notes of our estate-grown Viognier.
Our certified organic vineyard had quite the scare this summer with flames from the Walbridge Fire approaching the ridge above us. Luckily, these grapes were harvested days before the fire, and we had a generator to keep the tank cold during fermentation. Because we harvest early, these Viognier grapes have higher natural acidity and less overall sugar. This creates a wine with lower alcohol and a lighter finish.
Bright acidity and cheerful bubbles greet you in the glass. Flavors of crisp green apple, stone fruit and a hint of orange blossom make it a delightful choice to make any occasion special!
