THE FINE PRINT...
Minimum one year of club releases required
State sales tax collected where required
Shipments delivered via UPS, Fedex, and GLS
Shipments must be received and signed for by a person 21 years of age or older
You are responsible for notifying Hawley Winery of any address or contact information changes before club releases and accept charges related to misdirected or returned shipments.
Releases that are marked for Pick Up will be held for no more than 60 days. Wine not picked up within the time frame will be shipped and charges billed to the account.
If you choose to cancel your membership before receiving one years worth of allotments, the winery may charge a $50 early cancellation fee
